Processing time Every piece is made to order. Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment.
United States
- Standard: $8, free on orders of $35 or more. Delivery in 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Express: $15. Delivery in 2–4 business days after dispatch.
International We ship to selected countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery usually takes 10–21 business days. Customs duties, import taxes and fees are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Tracking When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number.
Lost or damaged packages If your package arrives damaged, email a photo to info@filahive.com within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement. If it has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Address accuracy Please check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
