WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
Our products are made from a plant-based, eco-friendly plastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. It's non-toxic, food-safe in its raw form, and biodegradable under industrial composting conditions.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes. Our material is non-toxic and contains no harmful chemicals. However, small parts may pose a choking hazard for children under 3. Always supervise young children during play.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5-8 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the continental United States.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM COLOR?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of colors including glow-in-the-dark, rainbow, and matte finishes. Send us a message at hello@filahive.com with your request.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?
Keep products away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources above 60C (140F). Clean with a damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers or microwaves unless the product listing specifically says it's safe.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. Contact us at hello@filahive.com to start a return.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon!
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED - WHAT DO I DO?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email hello@filahive.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime at filahive.com/account.
