If a piece doesn't work in your space, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It just needs to come back in the condition it arrived. No explanation required, no restocking fee.

Damage in transit is rare but it happens. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no return shipping, no argument.

Checked before it leaves
Every order is inspected by a person before packing. Electrical parts are tested, finishes are checked, and anything that isn't right doesn't ship.
Standard parts, replaceable
Our lamps use standard bulb fittings and cords, so a worn cable or a dead bulb never means a discarded lamp. Replacements are available from us or any hardware shop.
