At FilaHive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund options.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at filahive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
