Return and refund policy

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee.

How to start a return Email info@filahive.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with return instructions.

Return shipping Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement. No return is needed.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange an item for a different color when available. Email us to arrange it.

Custom orders Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
