PROCESSING TIME

All orders are printed on demand and typically ship within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Priority):

Orders under $35: $4.99 flat rate
Orders $35+: FREE
Delivery: 5-8 business days

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express):

Flat rate: $12.99
Delivery: 2-3 business days

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through your Filahive account.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the ship date, please contact us at hello@filahive.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
