RETURNS

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
Items must be unused and in original condition
Contact us at hello@filahive.com to initiate a return
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange items for a different color or size when available. Email us and we'll arrange it.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@filahive.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement — no return needed.
